TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Prodswiss. By booking or using our services, the "Client" agrees to the following terms.

2. Services
Prodswiss provides professional video production services including pre- production, filming, and post-production, including:
- Drone videos
- Commercial / advertising videos
- Real estate videos
- AI-generated videos
- Corporate videos
3. Revisions
- Each project includes up to three rounds of revisions, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Any additional revisions or modifications outside the original project scope may result in additional charges.
4. Delivery
- The Client receives the final files ready for use and distribution according to the terms agreed upon during the project.
- Raw footage or source files are not provided unless agreed in writing in advance.
5. Storage of footage
Prodswiss will store raw footage for a maximum of 30 days after the filming date. After this period, Prodswiss is not responsible for the storage, backup, or retrieval of any raw footage or project files.
6. Usage rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Client receives the rights to use the final delivered video for their intended purposes. Prodswiss reserves the right to use non-confidential footage for promotional purposes, including its website and portfolio.
7. Cancellation Policy
If the Client cancels the shoot
7 days or more before the scheduled filming date: No payment is required. Less than 7 days before the scheduled filming date:A 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
Weather Conditions
If drone filming cannot take place due to unsafe weather conditions (such as strong winds, heavy rain, or poor visibility), the shoot will be rescheduled to a mutually agreed date at no additional cost.
8.Drone operations
All drone operations performed by Prodswiss comply with applicable aviation regulations and safety protocols.
Prodswiss :
- Holds all required permits and authorizations for drone flights in designated filming areas
- Operates in accordance with local aviation regulations
- Maintains professional operational safety standards
9. Liability & Insurance
Prodswiss maintains drone operation liability insurance of up to 5,000,000 CHF While every effort is made to ensure safe and professional operations, Prodswiss shall not be held liable for:
- Delays caused by weather conditions
- Restrictions imposed by authorities
10. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate project information
- Ensure they have the legal rights to any materials they provide (logos, music, images, etc.)
- Provide access to filming locations where required
- Respond to feedback or approvals within reasonable timeframes
11. Payment Terms
Invoices are payable within 15 days after receipt of the final video.
